Every Quartzfield engagement starts from the same position: a client who is professionally capable and well-intentioned, working in a situation that has become harder to navigate without a reliable outside perspective. The coach's job is to hold space for careful thinking — not to provide answers, but to help the client find theirs more deliberately.
We don't use a proprietary model. The conversation is structured, not scripted. Questions are specific to the situation. Notes from each session are provided as a practical record, not an assessment.
The three engagement formats differ in scope and duration — not in the standard of attention they receive.
Intake conversation
20–30 minutes. No fee. We understand the situation and assess fit honestly.
Written scope document
Objectives, format, number of sessions, fees — all confirmed before work begins.
Sessions with recap notes
Each session runs to a defined structure. A written recap follows within 24 hours.
Close-out review
At the end of each engagement, we review progress against the original objectives.
Reflective Coaching Session
A single, focused one-to-one session for a manager or founder who wants space to think through a professional challenge with a neutral guide. We explore the situation and clarify your own next steps — strictly professional development, not personal counselling. Includes a short intake and a written recap of agreed actions.

Coaching Series
A run of professional coaching sessions for a leader working on specific skills — communication, delegation, or decision-making. The series is practical and grounded in real work situations. Suited to people stepping into bigger roles. Includes a goals conversation, a set of sessions, and supporting reflection notes.
