In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Quartzfield", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Quartzfield, a professional coaching and leadership development consultancy registered in Malaysia, with registered address at Level 12, Menara Public Bank 2, 78 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur.
• "Client", "you", "your" — refers to the individual or organisation that engages our services or uses our website.
• "Services" — refers to the professional coaching and leadership development programmes offered by Quartzfield, including the Reflective Coaching Session, Coaching Series, and Leadership Development Engagement.
• "Agreement" — means these Terms and Conditions together with any service engagement letter or confirmation shared between us.
• "Website" — refers to the website at https://quartzfield.blog.

By using our website or proceeding with an engagement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Quartzfield offers professional development coaching services to managers, founders, and leadership teams. Our services are structured around three engagements:

• Reflective Coaching Session — a single one-to-one session for working through a professional challenge. Includes intake and a written recap of agreed actions. Fee: RM 520.
• Coaching Series — a focused programme of sessions targeting specific leadership skills. Includes a goals conversation, sessions, and reflection notes. Fee: RM 2,400.
• Leadership Development Engagement — a wider programme combining individual coaching and group sessions for a small leadership team. Includes individual sessions, group workshops, and a development summary. Fee: RM 4,300.

Services are delivered in English. Our coaching is strictly professional development in nature — it is not counselling, therapy, or any form of regulated healthcare or psychological treatment.

Services are available to clients based in Malaysia and, subject to agreement, may be delivered remotely to clients based elsewhere.

To make the most of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and throughout the engagement
• Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time, or give reasonable notice (at least 48 hours) to reschedule
• Use our website and services for lawful purposes only
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit materials or notes shared as part of the service
• Engage respectfully and constructively in all interactions with Quartzfield team members

You must not use our website to submit false, misleading, or harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

All content on the Quartzfield website — including text, layout, and materials — is the intellectual property of Quartzfield or its licensors. Nothing on this website grants you a right to use our name, branding, or materials beyond personal, non-commercial reference.

Session notes, reflection materials, and development summaries provided to you as part of a service engagement are for your personal professional use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Service fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be outlined in the engagement confirmation sent to you before sessions begin.

Fees are due as specified in the engagement confirmation. Quartzfield reserves the right to pause or reschedule sessions where payment is materially overdue.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a attended session for billing purposes, at our discretion. We will consider reasonable extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

If Quartzfield cancels or reschedules a session, we will offer an alternative time at no additional cost.

Quartzfield treats all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential. We will not disclose session content to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Where a Leadership Development Engagement involves an organisational sponsor, the scope of reporting and any aggregated feedback will be agreed with you in writing before the engagement begins.

Our services are provided as professional development support. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Outcomes from coaching depend on many factors, including the effort and context of each client, and we make no representations about specific results.

Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be free from errors or interruptions, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on website content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Quartzfield's total liability to you in connection with any service engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from our services or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may end an engagement by providing written notice. Where sessions have been paid for in advance, fees for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any reasonable costs already incurred.

We reserve the right to end an engagement immediately if a client's conduct is found to be harmful, abusive, or in material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be referred to informal resolution. If informal resolution does not succeed within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the courts of Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur as the venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with any engagement confirmation, represent the full agreement between us regarding the subject matter.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For ongoing engagements, changes will apply to new sessions commencing after the revision date.
